1. Program Objectives
- Equip final-year students or graduates of particular educational fields with essential soft skills for career readiness and lifelong success.
- Foster personal and professional growth through mentorship from experienced professionals or alumni in the selected professional sectors.
- Enhance students' confidence, communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills in the context of the selected industry.
2. Target Audience
- Final-year undergraduate students or graduates specializing in particular field of professions
- Priority may be given to students preparing for internships, job placements, or postgraduate education in their selected field of professions.
3. Program Duration
- Duration: 3 months
- Structure: Each skillset shall be discussed on bi-weekly check-in

5. Program Structure
A. Mentor-Mentee Matching
- Matching based on specialization, career interests, and speacial desired skills/knowledge.
- One mentor per 2–3 mentees for better personalized engagement
B. Bi-weekly Mentoring Check-ins
- Small group or individual check-ins
- Focus on progress, feedback, and skill application in real-world contexts
C. Case Study
- Incorporate real-world case studies from the professional selected scenarios
- Mentees are requested to make personal presentation on solutions and make clear actions for better growth/improvement.
- Encourage mentees to analyze and present solutions, fostering critical thinking and industry insight
- Mentors facilitate discussions on decision-making, ethics, and professional judgment in these cases
