Develop the Group's human capital strategy and workforce planning aligned with the company's long-term business objectives.
Design and establish HR policies, processes, governance frameworks, and management tools to ensure effective and efficient HR operations.
Lead the organization's talent acquisition strategy, including direct involvement in recruiting senior and executive-level positions.
Drive the HR Business Partner (HRBP) model to ensure workforce stability and support organizational productivity and business performance.
Develop and implement talent development initiatives through learning & development programs and performance management systems.
Design and execute comprehensive total rewards and compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Oversee HR shared services, digital HR transformation, and risk management to enhance operational excellence.
Lead recruitment, learning & development, performance management, employee engagement, and capability building for HR teams nationwide.
Ensure the effective operation of HR functions across the organization by providing timely, accurate, and reliable people data and management information.
Job Requirement
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Director (HRD) or Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) within organizations of 2,000+ employees, or experience as an HR Transformation/Organization Consulting Manager at a Big Four consulting firm or a leading HR consulting company in Vietnam.
Good command of spoken English.
Strong leadership capabilities with strategic thinking and excellent analytical and research skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to enhance HR management and operational effectiveness.
A Master's degree or an overseas university degree is highly preferred.
