Job Responsibilties
  • Design visually engaging content such as product one-pagers, infographics, presentations, and digital assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Create short-form videos for product onboarding, feature introductions, and internal campaigns using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and live demos to regional stakeholders, explaining complex ideas in a simple, compelling way.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Communications teams to craft narratives that combine strong visuals with clear, persuasive messaging.
  • Facilitate internal communication campaigns, ensuring consistent tone, branding, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Edit and adapt visual and video content for various platforms (email newsletters, intranet, internal social channels).
  • Act as a brand ambassador in meetings, webinars, and workshops, representing the team with professionalism and confidence.
Job Requirement

Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in:

  • Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Demonstrated experience in:

  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – visual design and layout (highest priority).
  • Video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills – confident delivery to small and large audiences.
  • Excellent English fluency (written and spoken) – ability to present, moderate discussions, and engage with regional stakeholders; IELTS 7.5+ or equivalent.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience facilitating workshops or webinars.
  • Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design review.
  • Understanding of analytics products and data-driven storytelling.

Other qualities:

  • Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
  • Active participation in debate clubs, student organizations, media groups, or public speaking competitions.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take ownership in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
