Job Responsibilties
- Develop and maintain backend systems for gamifications.
- Design, build, and optimize APIs and server systems to handle millions of daily requests
- Integrate backend services such as authentication, payment, leaderboard, chat, matchmaking, and in-game events.
- Collaborate closely with frontend/game client teams to ensure performance and player experience
- Optimize server performance, scalability, and high concurrency handling.
- Write technical documentation and follow software development processes (code review, CI/CD).
Job Requirement
- 3+ year of experience
- Proficient in one of: Go (Fiber).
- Experience with API gateway tools: Kong, KrakenD, or Express Gateway.
- Knowledge of real-time communication: Socket.IO, NATS, MQTT, or Redis pub-sub.
- Familiarity with microservice frameworks: NestJS or Go (microservices).
- Experience with authentication & authorization: Keycloak (OpenID) + JWT.
- Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, CockroachDB, or MongoDB.
