Detail Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration between the company's teams in Vietnam, Japan, and partners.
• Support project planning, execution, and localization of solutions.
• Bridge cultural and operational gaps for seamless cross-border operations.
• Take progressive ownership of business development as the role evolves.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or similar.
• 3+ years in Business Development, Project Management, or international coordination.
• Japanese Fluent (N1), or native Japanese 
• Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-cultural skills.
