Job Responsibilties
- Work with B2B clients including brands, agencies, and business partners.
- Build and lead your own team from the ground up.
- Develop your unit toward taking full P&L ownership in the future.
- Have the own responsibility to make key business decisions.
Job Requirement
- 5+ years of B2B BD experience in Martech, AdTech, Media, or Agencies.
- Able to work independently and drive measurable results.
- Strong ability to manage and grow relationships with large clients.
- Demonstrated potential for leadership and aspiration to lead a business unit.
