
· Manage a portfolio of FDI client accounts — track dossier status, deadlines, and outstanding items across multiple clients simultaneously
· Coordinate with subcontractors and external service providers where required to support client dossier completion
· Prepare and manage full IRC and ERC dossiers for foreign-invested companies (SM-LLC, MM-LLC, JSC), from document collection through to certificate issuance
· Handle post-incorporation changes: legal representative changes, charter capital increases/decreases, name and address amendments, business line additions
· Liaise directly with the Department of Finance (formerly DPI), Business Registration Offices, and Industrial Zone Management Boards on behalf of clients
· Support work permit applications: coordinate document collection, prepare employer-side dossiers, and handle submission to the licensing authority
· Build and maintain internal SOPs, document templates, and client-facing checklists
· Law degree (LLB or equivalent); practising certificate or progress toward one is a plus
· 2+ years of hands-on experience in corporate/FDI law practice — law firm, corporate secretarial firm, or in-house
· Direct working experience with licensing authorities (Department of Finance/BRO, Industrial Zone Management Boards).
· Solid understanding of current enterprise and investment laws, regulations, and implementing decrees.
· Proficient in reading and drafting legal documents in Vietnamese; working-level English — essential as clients primarily communicate in English.
· Detail-oriented, organised, comfortable managing multiple client dossiers simultaneously
· Startup mindset: willing to roll up sleeves and build processes from scratch
