As a Digital Product Intern at Heineken Vietnam, you will play a key supporting role in the development, enhancement, and management of digital products, solutions & initiatives that drive business value and customer engagement. You will work closely with the Digital Product Manager and cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, IT, and external partners to ensure seamless product development & implementation, including but not limited to:

• Assist in documenting business requirements, user stories, and process flows & technical specs, including flow visualization, end-user journey design, product specifications, etc.,
• Support the product lifecycle from ideation to implementation, including research, requirement gathering, testing, and performance tracking,
• Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
• Support in managing product backlogs and sprint planning in collaboration with development teams.
• Help coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies to ensure timely delivery of digital initiatives;
• Prepare, manage, and organize project-related documents (contracts, reports, meeting minutes, etc.).
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and report bugs or improvement areas.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track product performance and key KPIs.
• Assist in creating product demos, presentations, and facilitate training activities
• Develop PowerBI Dashboard & Conduct Data Visualization upon Project & Business Analysis needs, platform performance monitoring

• Current third/final year students studying a bachelor’s degree towards the fields of Business, IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields.
• GPA 7/10 or 2.8/4
• Passionate about digital transformation, technology, and product management.
