About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join our Ecommerce & Digital team. This is a hands-on role managing our online product range, promotions, and website content to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Content Management
• Manage product listings, enrichment, and onsite merchandising in line with business releases.
• Update website content, manage homepage and campaign pages including seasonal change outs.
Promotions & Campaigns
• Set up, schedule, and test promotions in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including sales, markdowns, and loyalty offers.
• Support the build, testing, and scheduling of email campaigns (EDMs) when required.
Website Optimisation & Vendor Management
• Work with third-party vendors to manage and optimise website features powered by external platforms.
Reporting & Analysis
• Assist with ecommerce and business performance reporting as needed.
Collaboration
• Work closely with Graphic Design, Marketing, Product, and Stock teams to ensure smooth ecommerce operations.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar ecommerce role.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WordPress/WooCommerce).
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for content management are a plus.
• Strong communication, organisational, and planning skills. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to think logically, work independently, and collaborate effectively with others.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
