1) Product development planning

• Conduct market and user research, and analyze insights to clearly identify the needs and problems the product should solve.
• Define the product’s goals and direction, then shape the solution and build a clear product roadmap.
• Manage and drive the product development plan to ensure progress and alignment.
• Communicate product goals, direction, and roadmap transparently, and keep your product team regularly updated.
• Use data analytics tools to measure product performance and quality, enabling continuous improvement.

2) Go-to-market planning and execution

• Embrace the mindset of “letting the product market itself,” and develop and execute a phased go-to-market (GTM) plan.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to build strategies that bring the product to users effectively.
• Place strong emphasis on customer care and leverage word-of-mouth growth to drive organic user acquisition.

3) Managing relationships with banking partners and sales agents

• Manage relationships with banking partners and business agents/distributors.
• Work closely with the Partnerships team to develop collaboration and commercial strategies that align with the product roadmap, product goals, and the company’s revenue targets.
• Design promotional programs and business models to expand sales channels.

· Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance and Banking, or a related major.

· At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

· Solid understanding of accounting, sales, and cash collection/receivables processes within a business.

· Experience in product development; preference for candidates who have worked on payment solutions and/or Open Banking products.

· Strong logical thinking, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong teamwork and team management skills.

· Proficient in English.
