Job Responsibilties

The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead and drive the company's global recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain top technology talent. This role is responsible for building scalable talent acquisition processes, leading the recruiting team, partnering with leadership, and ensuring the company can meet its aggressive growth goals.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in technology recruitment, employer branding, recruitment analytics, and building high-performing hiring teams.

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute the company’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans.
  • Build scalable recruitment frameworks to support rapid hiring for engineering, product, data, and business teams.
  • Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.

Recruitment Operations

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer management.
  • Establish standardized hiring processes, interview frameworks, and assessment methods.
  • Implement best practices in candidate experience and hiring efficiency.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Talent Acquisition team including recruiters and sourcers.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Employer Branding

  • Strengthen the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality tech talent.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to promote the company as an employer of choice.

Data & Recruitment Analytics

  • Use recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize hiring performance.
  • Track KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and offer acceptance rates.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with engineering, product, and business leaders to understand hiring needs.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on talent market trends and hiring strategies.

Technology & Tools

  • Optimize the use of ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment technologies.
  • Drive innovation in sourcing strategies including passive candidate engagement.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.5+ years in a leadership role managing recruitment teams.
  • Proven experience hiring for technology roles (Software Engineering, Data, Product, DevOps, etc.).
  • Experience in high-growth tech companies is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of tech talent markets and sourcing strategies.
  • Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong operational execution.
  • Experience building employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools and modern sourcing platforms.
