Job Responsibilties

As a Business Development Specialist (Lead Generation), you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts. This role will involve representing our company, developing effective sales processes, and maintaining strong customer relationships globally.

  • Proactively identify and engage high-potential leads from diverse data sources (cold/warm leads from marketing, personal networks, event channels, partner databases, etc.) to unlock new revenue opportunities.
  • Execute cold calls, targeted email outreach, and online/offline meetings to uncover customer pain points and buying needs.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule high-impact consultation meetings between potential clients and TMZ’s Team
  • Collaborate with Business Team to prepare compelling presentations, product demos, and showcases when needed.
  • Build and expand a strong lead pipeline by sparking interest and nurturing relationships through content marketing, events, and personal connections.
Job Requirement
  • Born between 1997 and 2002, with a sharp, professional appearance and polished demeanor in both attitude and work style.
  • Preferably with experience in partner/client-facing roles such as Sales/Telesales, (Social/Community) Marketing, Sales Consulting, Business Development, Account Executive, Partnerships, Customer Relationship Management, etc.
  • Strongly preferred: candidates who can demonstrate proven success in previous roles with outstanding achievements either professionally or through extracurricular activities.
  • Clear career orientation toward long-term growth in B2B IT Sales.
  • Ambitious, energetic, and fiercely driven—eager to take on challenges, break through personal limits, and make a mark.Intelligent, growth-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Persistent, hardworking, and resilient—unafraid of rejection or failure.Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to build a high-quality professional network.
