• Participating actively in the execution of advisory and financing transactions;
• Preparing transaction materials including Teaser, Information Memorandum, Proposals, Market analysis;
• Conducting detailed financial models, including Discounted Cash Flow and Comparable Company valuations in support of variety of potential acquisition and divestiture transactions;
• Conducting in-depth sector market and company-specific research;
• Performing strategic and financial business analysis;
• Proposing deal structure and transaction method;
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

Position Overview:

• Senior Associates play a key role in deal execution, working on a broad scope of M&A and corporate finance advisory assignments across all industries and products.
• Will working closely with the Managing Director responsible for Vietnam and Asia-Pacific region as well as Industry & region partners and be expected to make an immediate contribution.

• Strong valuation analysis and financial modeling skills;
• Master/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field;
• Minimum 2-year working experience in the same position for investment banks, securities companies, fund management companies, auditing firms and other financial institutions;
• Having knowledge in securities and industry regulations
• Good communication, presentation analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English required;     
• Extensive Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills;
• Ability and willingness to work under pressure.
