Job Responsibilties
  • Taking responsibility for the deal origination and execution of advisory and financing transactions under the overall guidance of Managing Director within the team;
  • Independently preparing financial models, in-depth sector market and company-specific analysis, proposals and marking materials for M&A and advisory related transactions;
  • Independently performing strategic and financial business analysis;
  • Providing on-going support for maintaining relationship with clients and business partners;
  • Developing internal and external networks through regular interaction with various entrepreneurs, networking events as well as other investors;
  • Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities to generate future revenue for the firm;
  • Providing leadership to junior team members conducting teaser, information memorandum, financial models and other transaction documents;
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Position Overview:

  • Manager/ Associate Directors play a supportive or key role in deal origination, opportunity evaluation and deal execution, driving a broad scope of assignments across all industries and products and engaging directly with the senior management team and investors of our clients.
  • Will working closely with the Managing Director responsible for Vietnam and Indo-Pacific region as well as Industry & region partners and be expected to make an advanced contribution.
Job Requirement
  • Master/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field;
  • Minimum 5-year working experience in the same or higher positions for securities companies, fund management companies, auditing firms and other financial institutions;
  • Track record in closing at least 2 M&A or corporate finance advisory assignments with the leading or key role
  • Strong in-depth knowledge in securities and industry regulations
  • Excellent valuation analysis and financial modeling skills;
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in large-scale post-merger integration. ESG, Bidding procedure are preferable but not mandatory;
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English required;      
  • Extensive Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills;
  • Ability and willingness to work under pressure and train the junior staff.
