Job Responsibilties

Our client is from International Flavor House  expanding the Vietnam operations, is looking for the Product Manager role

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Margin Targets:

  • Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets for the assigned area.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

Strategic Development:

  • Build a comprehensive Business Unit (BU) Strategic Development Plan for plant-based nutrition products.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.

Market Share and Customer Penetration

  • Enhance market share and customer penetration of plant-based nutrition products within the BU.
  • Develop and execute plans to increase the adoption and visibility of products.

Customer and Market Insights:

  • Conduct regular internal and external interfaces to provide insights and innovations within the BU and to customers.
  • Stay updated with market trends, customer feedback, and technological advancements to drive product development and improvement.

Pricing Management:

  • Oversee the pricing strategy for product groups within the BU.
  • Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability and market competitiveness.

Business Planning and Vision:

  • Create and articulate a clear business plan and vision for the plant-based nutrition product groups.
  • Align product development and marketing efforts with the overall strategic goals of the BU.

Export-Import Management (EXIM):

  • Well-versed with EXIM operations, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance and efficient management of international trade activities.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role within the food and beverages industry, specifically in plant-based nutrition.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and margin targets.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies and business planning.
  • Hands-on experience with EXIM operations.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
