Job Responsibilties
- Post job vacancies and promote hiring announcements across appropriate channels
- Collect, prepare, and provide necessary candidate information to relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate, manage, and follow up on the interview process with candidates and hiring managers
- Perform data entry, talent mapping, and candidate tracking for assigned positions
- Support the implementation and operation of mentorship and career advisory programs
Job Requirement
- Students in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year from a related major
- Intermediate level of English proficiency
- Able to work with flexible schedules and provide ad-hoc support as required
- Willing to learn and explore new knowledge
