Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB to meet the organization’s needs
Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and workflows
Leverage ServiceNow's scripting capabilities to implement automation, integrations, and custom functionality
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIsPerform requirement analysis, design, implementation and technical documentation
Perform product testing and provide test documentation to ensure quality consistencySupport for team competence development (Knowledge sharing, Research, …)
Configure and customize the ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other modules to meet business requirements
Work in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum engineering environment delivering incremental software with high quality
Job Requirement
Final year undergraduate in Computer Science or related area with a software development focus
Good communication skill, both verbal and written Fast learner with dedication to personal development
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
Working command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese - you will have a great opportunity to improve your English on the job
Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Basic understanding of ITSM systems (IT Service Management) or the ServiceNow platform is an advantage.
Experience with APIs or knowledge of REST/SOAP is a plus
Understanding of ITIL best practices and how they are implemented within ServiceNow
